Meeting Minutes
May 18, 2008
I. Call to order
Laura Allen, President, called to order the regular meeting of the Wildwood Committee at 7 pm. on May 18, 2008 in her home.
II. Roll call
The following persons were present: Laura Allen, Gordon Sylvester, Mike Modreski, John Michalski, Sheryl Petruno
III. Approval of minutes from last meeting
Minutes were reviewed and approved.
Open issues/summary of discussion
a) John Michalski announced that there were 37 homes that needed to pay their association dues. He will send out a reminder letter to those who have not paid.
b) Mike Modreski discussed and presented the bill for Cut-N-Care to put flowers at the 3 entrances and replace 3 junipers at the main entrance. He also replaced the light bulb at one of the entrances. The bulbs needed are M 90 light bulbs for all 3 entrances. Lastly, Mike was going to remind Cut N Care of the woodchips that were forgotten at one of the play areas last year.
c) Laura Allen finalized the association letter that is to be distributed to the subdivision. Sheryl Petruno will write the letters to those who are violating the bylaws and give them to Laura for distribution.
IV. New business
a) Path Repairs – John Michalski will call and set up appointment with contractor for path repairs. Laura/Sheryl will walk through subdivision with contractor.
b) Sheryl Petruno will research cost for a fountain for Beechnut Park .
c) Wildwood Subdivision website. Laura and Sheryl will work with Kerry LaPointe to obtain correct website and determine webmaster.
d) Planting of new trees will be reviewed in the Fall, depending on budget.
e) Formation of “Welcoming Committee” to provide copy of Deed Restrictions (among other things) to new families moving into subdivision. Bob Young has copies of Deed Restrictions.
f) Laura Allen to put together 1Q2008 newsletter and include the following:
1) reminder of garbage/grass clippings not to be put out to curb 1 day before scheduled pickup
2) reminder that any improvements to your home i.e. pool, deck, dog run, etc., plans must be submitted for approval from the Wildwood Committee prior to work being done.
3) reminder to drive slow throughout the subdivision because there are children playing outside.
4) The annual garage sale is June 27th-29th if anyone is interested in participating.
V. Adjournment
Laura Allen adjourned the meeting at 8 pm..
