Meeting Minutes

I. Call to order
Laura Allen, President, called to order the regular meeting of the Wildwood Committee at 7:30 pm. on June 22, 2008 in her home.
II. Roll call
The following persons were present: Laura Allen, Gordon Sylvester, John Michalski, and Sheryl Petruno
III. Approval of minutes from last meeting
Minutes were reviewed and approved.
Open issues/summary of discussion
a) John Michalski announced that there were 22 homes that needed to pay their association dues. He will send out a late fee notice to those who have not paid. If the dues continue to go unpaid, a lien will be placed on the home.
b) Sheryl will follow-up with Cut-N-Care to replace the 3 junipers (that are dead) at the main entrance. Sheryl will also follow-up with getting an estimate for weeding and woodchips in the play areas surrounding the White Trail pond. Finally, Sheryl will research the cost for a fountain for Beechnut Park.
IV. New business
a) Path Repairs – John Michalski will follow-up with contractor for path repairs.
b) Planting of new trees will be reviewed in the Fall, depending on budget.
c) There has been a request by a homeowner to talk to the city regarding additional stop signs within the subdivision. This issue has been brought up many times during our annual subdivision meetings. The city has looked into the matter and determined through their traffic surveys that additional stop signs are not needed at this time.
d) Issues have been brought up regarding parking in the street. Laura will drive through the subdivision and make note of where the “no parking” signs are.
e) John Michalski reviewed the June, 2008 budget.
V. Adjournment
Laura Allen adjourned the meeting at 8:45 pm..
